Service Levels and Charges

Residential Service:

Up to 1.0 Mbps* service Up and Down:    $45.00/month (including NM GRT)

Installation (includes radio and single computer connection):    $199.00+NM GRT

Includes up to 5 e-mail accounts (yourname@uphi.net)

Business Service:

Up to 1.0 Mbps* service Up and Down:    $70.00/month+NM GRT

Single public IP address:    $15.00/month+NM GRT (in addition to Service charge)

Installation (includes radio and connection to one computer/router):    $249.00+NM GRT

Includes up to 5 e-mail accounts (yourname@uphi.net)

Minimum hardware requirements for installation: 10/100 NIC or Wireless NIC.

Minimum Operating System requirement: Windows 95-OSR2 or better, Mac OS 9, or Linux-based OS

All installations include:  radio, mount (non-penetrating mount is extra cost), Cat5/6 cable to interior of building, Cat5 jack, POE injector, Cat5 surge suppressor, Cat5 cable to connect one computer or router, initial setup of computer or router, and testing for connectivity to the Internet.

Optional components available for additional charge from UpHi.net:  10/100 NIC, Wireless NIC, Wired and Wireless router, 10/100 Switch, Battery Backup, Bulk Cat5 Cable, Cat5 Surface-mount and Wall-mount Jacks.  Contact us for prices and availability.
